Fall Trend Forecast

I know, it was 110 degrees today… but School starts back on Monday and it truly is almost fall! I love that retail shifts over before the seasons officially change and we get to build our wardrobe pre-season but this fall is full of fun surprise trends and a re-vamp of some old-school favorites.

I’m not typically a floral girl but these muted fall florals are winning me over. I love how unexpected these prints are for cooler weather and it’s so easy to style with a denim or leather jacket.

Time to pull out your old concert tees and logo because it’s basically all you’re going to see for casual fall fashion. Never did I think I would regret giving away my Tommy Hilfiger ringer tee, but that day is here.

I’ll be the first to admit that a high-rise straight leg denim was not what I was up dreaming of. I enjoyed my low rise flares for longer than I probably needed to… denim trends seem to be the hardest to change. We are all set in our certain “fit” but breaking out of this mindset has opened my wardrobe up to endless possibilities. There is life outside a dark-wash high-rise skinny-jean, I promise!! Mom jeans are way cooler than they used to be!

This is a trend I have rejected for quite sometime… but, the Golden Goose sneaker does not seem to be at-all fading out for fall. If anything, it looks like it’s time to break down and grab a pair.

Here’s a trend that never went out of style for me. I have fully supported leopard print even when it was being boycotted. To me, this combination is timeless. I basically consider leopard a neutral and expect to see a whole of it this fall.
